Gofod (Space)

Gofod (Space) is our state-of-the-art facility which officially opened in October 2019. The name Gofod recognises our strong links with the space industry, as well as acknowledging the world-leading technology and research work carried out at the OpTIC Technology Centre.

Gofod is available for small corporate events, meetings and training sessions, and the facility can accommodate a cabaret layout for up to 36 delegates, a theatre style for 40 delegates, or a boardroom layout for 22 delegates. The room can also be partitioned into 2 separate areas to form breakout rooms if required.

There is also a dedicated social space located outside the main meeting room, which is the perfect place to host breaks, lunches and networking in a comfortable setting.

Full business centre facilities, including a fully-integrated Clevertouch screen, equipment to support hybrid events and free wifi, are also available.
