Cerys is a Lecturer in Pre-Registration Nursing at Wrexham University, based at the St Asaph campus.
Bringing over a decade of clinical and academic experience to the role, Cerys is a dedicated mentor and Registered Nurse, with clinical experience in Emergency and Critical Care. Cerys has a strong focus on integrating evidence-based practice and patient-centered care into both clinical and classroom settings, to promote high-quality nursing practice.
Throughout her career, Cerys has worked in various hospitals in the UK, honing clinical expertise and deepening her passion for educating future nursing professionals. Cerys actively aims to bridge theoretical knowledge with the practical skills that are crucial in today’s healthcare landscape through reflective practice and use of simulation.
