Lecturer in Human Resources Management and Business

Deborah is the programme leader for the Business and Human Resource Management degrees at Wrexham University. Before joining, she worked as an Associate Lecture at the University of the West of Scotland. Prior to this, she worked for almost a decade as an HR professional and has extensive knowledge and experience in various HR roles, policies and processes.

Academic Interests: Current interests include HRM, talent management and artificial intelligence

Personal interests: Nature and environment, supercars and aircrafts, health and fitness.

Hobbies: Gardening, music, adventure sports, traveling, stitching, cooking and community work.
