Prior to joining as a lecturer in business, I, with MBA qualification, have had the opportunity to work on various business management roles ranging from international business development manager, regional HR manager, project manager and operations manager.

Through this journey I gained the real-world business acumen dealing with the business owners, senior management teams, CEOs, managing directors and employees in primary, secondary and tertiary sectors, both within the UK and internationally.

Also, I delivered bespoke executive development programmes on strategic leadership and management, change management, quality and operations management, risk management, organisational culture and communication in the delivery of organisation's strategy for international delegates.

As a member of the scholarly academic team of North Wales Business School at Wrexham University, I have been teaching and assessing modules covering the subject areas of international marketing, corporate strategy, globalisation, global communication, branding, international business principles and practices, professional values, leadership and management.

I believe in student-centred teaching and assessment style and continually aim to maximise the value for the learners in their journey as a career beginner or an experienced manager.  As a part of the student development support, I network with the current businesses of all sizes and bring in the industry specialists to share their expertise and business challenges with the students.

I guide master’s degree level students through a supportive and collaborative dissertation journey, providing clear direction and encouragement from the first spark of an idea to the final submission. My supervision blends structured guidance with constructive, personalised feedback, enabling students to explore research topics that truly matter to them. This approach cultivates independence, sharpens critical thinking, and equips students to produce dissertations that are both academically rigorous and deeply relevant to real‑world contexts.

Recently achieved PGCHE qualification, which subsequently led to the attainment of Professional Fellowship of the Advance HE.

My research interests are in the areas of Applied Leadership, Generative Artificial Interest (AI), Strategic Management and Organisational Performance Efficiency.

Research paper on the title ‘AI in the Construction Industry: A Hybrid Ethnographic Study of Online and Expert Data’, for the Journal of Financial Management of Property and Construction’ is undergoing editorial review.

I enjoy travel, exploring different cuisines and countryside walks.
