Sara Denman-Evans
Practice Education Facilitator
I graduated in 2015 with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing and started my career in the Emergency Department. I feel this enabled me to gain a general understanding of all aspects of nursing, mainly caring for acutely unwell patients.
In 2017 I decided to gain experience within Primary Care and thoroughly enjoyed my time as a Practice Nurse until becoming a Practice Education Facilitator in January 2025.
