This interest in teaching and improving patient care inspired him to become a senior lecturer in non medical prescribing and advanced clinical practice which is concurrent with his clinical practice.

Recently he completed a post graduate certificate in acute medicine and urgent care which supports his clinical practice in the hospital, emergency and frailty areas.

His dissertation topics include: the use of body weight support in rehabilitation of stroke survivors and the effects of body weight support on VO2 max; Prevention of falls in people over 65.

His lecturing role spans non medical prescribing, and advanced clinical practice clinical assessment ad diagnostic reasoning part 1 and 2.
