Darren Griffiths

Darren Griffiths has worked full-time for Wrexham University since 2001, originally in the position of Building Surveyor. In 2018, Darren was appointed to the role of Contracts and Compliance Manager.

Darren is a keen member of the Green Champions and is enthusiastic about reducing his carbon footprint. During any construction or redesign projects, Darren implements new energy technologies to ensure that WU is always hitting its sustainability targets. Darren also focuses on the re-diversion of construction waste to minimise the waste created by the new projects. 

Darren enjoys spending his time in nature and relishes spending the weekends with his family caravanning and teaching them about our environment.
