Mentoring

We connect entrepreneurs with experienced business mentors, including successful alumni and local industry professionals. These mentors provide ongoing guidance and insight to help strengthen your confidence, refine your business thinking, and grow your venture.

Incubation Spaces

Wrexham University offers a range of dedicated incubation spaces designed to support students and graduates as they develop their business ideas and ventures.

The Enterprise Lounge serves as a professional meeting and event space where student businesses can work, meet, and access support, as well as hosting 1-2-1 appointments, workshops, pop-ups, and open day activities.

Within the School of Art, The Shed Space provides a creative and supportive environment for students and graduates running their own businesses, encouraging collaboration, networking, and growth, and is also home to a weekly drop-in clinic for art students and alumni.

The Forum is a social, collaborative business space funded by Enterprise and Entrepreneurship, welcoming students, staff, and external companies to meet, work, and develop ideas together while strengthening links with the local business community. Together, these spaces give students practical environments to connect, create, and grow their entrepreneurial ambitions.

Entrepreneurial Ecosystem

Wrexham University’s entrepreneurial ecosystem supports students and graduates to explore, start, and grow their own ventures. Through dedicated support from the Entrepreneurship Team, practical workshops and events, business incubation spaces, and strong links with local partners, the university creates opportunities to build skills and networks.
