CanfodAu, part of the Enterprise, Engineering and Optics Centre (EEOC) project is a transformative facility that combines cutting-edge technology, advanced research capabilities, and strong industry collaboration.

Its primary mission is to support innovation in lightweight material manufacturing, renewable energy, and industrial research, while providing valuable training and enterprise support to the local and regional economy.

Designed to drive technological progress in North Wales and beyond, the EEOC project offers a comprehensive array of facilities to bridge the gap between academic research and practical industry needs.

The EEOC Project is primarily funded by Ambition North Wales as part one of its Growth Deal projects in the region.
