External Complaints Procedure
Wrexham University welcomes constructive feedback on its activities, whether positive or negative, and always seeks to improve. We understand that from time-to-time, people or organisations external to the University may feel that their expectations have not been met by the University, its staff or students.
This procedure is intended to provide a mechanism to investigate, address and respond to external complaints effectively and efficiently and, where possible, to resolve external complaints informally. It is also to facilitate the University in learning from such occurrences when appropriate.
