- The Top Up programme allows you to add an MBA to your existing Postgraduate Diploma or Masters in any subject. If you already have at least 120 postgraduate credits, by successfully completing a 60-credit project module, you can earn a Masters in Business Administration.
- The MBA Top-Up is delivered remotely, with synchronous and asynchronous online learning and supervision. This enables you to have flexibility of study, allowing you to work at your own pace while having access to an experienced supervisor to support you with your final project.
- The Top-Up programme is well-suited for all industries and sectors, the armed forces, and health and public services.

What you will study
Business Project (60 credits): This includes a research proposal (1,600 words indicative) and a written project (6,400 words indicative).
Entry requirements & applying
Entry to this course requires a minimum of 120 postgraduate credits in a taught subject.
Teaching & Assessment
You will be taught online with a blend of synchronous and asynchronous teaching and learning. Once you have completed your research methods element, your lecturer will allocate you a project supervisor to support you through the design, research, analysis and writing up of your project.
Teaching and Learning
We offer workshops and support sessions in areas such as academic writing, effective note-making and preparing for assignments.

The MBA Top-Up builds on a prior postgraduate qualification, and as it is part time, you have flexibility to complete your studies. At the successful completion of your Top-Up you will earn a full masters in business administration (MBA) which can advance your career to more senior business management and leadership positions.
