For the National MA Education (Wales) the national programme leadership team are currently researching Collaborative Leadership in Higher Education: A Mixed-Methods Study of a Sector Leading Programme for Educational Professionals in Wales.

It's a two-dimensional approach where we have shared a questionnaire with students and carrying out focus groups, and secondly, there will be autoethnographical accounts from the programme leaders which will provide insights into the challenges and triumphs of collaborative leadership.
