Allied Health is an ever expanding area at Wrexham University, with our recently-opened HEIQ centre and base at the Optic Centre in St. Asaph. We’ve introduced several new student degrees in the area and are building up a research portfolio.
“Dr Liz Cade has a role in strategic research development within allied health subject areas supporting the academic tutor teams to build capacity and output. Her role extends to nurturing collaborative networking with clinicians in health and social care undertaking post graduate study building scope for publication. It also supports undergraduate research curricula to develop research confidence and a strong research culture as students transition to practice in their chosen careers...”
