Activity to date

Since launching in May 2025, CPJ activity at Wrexham University has included:

• Presentations at the Faculty of Arts, Computing and Engineering (FACE) seminar.
  
  
• Delivery of training sessions with the Wales Arts Health and Wellbeing Network (WAHWN), focusing on CPJ values, creative methods and project design to support future funding bids.
  
  
• Supporting the training programme for the centre (attended by the People's Justice Network), based on the values of the centre, this will be developed as an education resource.

Planned activity includes…

Two pilot projects:

• The Brown Envelope
• Hillsborough and Gresford Disasters (linked to Hillsborough Law and People’s Voices in Parliament)

- Flexible funding pot enabling PJN partners to bid for support to conduct justice-focused research projects

- Further training and development activity

- Conversations on Collective Care project.
