Alexander Spichale’s current Doctoral research is focused on the interdisciplinary study of social value measures and metrics within the context of the Built Environment, and the development of a digital framework for socially responsible data-driven asset management where relevant to the operation and maintenance of residential buildings.
He has previously investigated the associative effects of Building Information Modelling (BIM) on both UK building firm environmental and economic performance and has extensive practical experience of administering and analysing large scale statistical surveys used in the evaluation of process driven outcomes (DLHE).
