My academic journey began with the completion of a BSc in Psychology with Neuropsychology from Bangor University, where I graduated with First Class Honors. My research focused on hand sensitivity following radial and ulnar nerve injuries. I won a Project Minute Winner Award for this research.

I pursued an MSc in Biomedical Science at the University of Salford, graduating with Distinction. During this time, my research focused on red blood cell storage lesions (SL) and the comparative efficacy of various additive solutions in addressing them.

Currently, I am a PhD research student within the Applied Science department. My research focuses on investigating the efficacy of urine, tissue and blood-based biomarkers for the detection of recurrence and progression of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer.
