Rebecca Jones

Prior to Nursing I worked in an Administration role within an Estate Agents.  I decided to undertake my Nurse training in 2006.  Upon qualifying I have predominantly worked within Theatres Recovery at the Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital with some time spent working in Ophthalmology Outpatients and Endoscopy. 

Having been a mentor from 2011, my passion for teaching and passing on my knowledge to student nurses led me to becoming a Practice Education  Facilitator at Wrexham University.  From there I have progressed to become a Lecturer in Nursing at Wrexham University and I look forward to sharing my skills and knowledge with the Nurses of the future.

In my spare time I enjoy playing netball and I am a season ticket holder at my local football club
