I have been a Lecturer in Computer Science since 2021, holding a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science and currently pursuing a Master's degree in Cyber Security. My journey into academia follows a diverse career in science communication and educational outreach.

Before my current role, I served as a Delivery Officer for Technocamps, where I engaged with students of all ages to demonstrate the exciting and practical aspects of computer science. Additionally, I have experience as a science communicator, a role that honed my ability to make complex concepts accessible and engaging to a wide audience. I am passionate about robotics, programming, and Lego, which aligns with my volunteer work with the First Lego League. As a Judge and Referee, I have had the privilege of mentoring a local school team and accompanying them to the First Lego League World Competition.

Outside of my professional life, I am an avid supporter of Wrexham AFC, a passion I have nurtured since childhood. I enjoy walking with my dog, gardening, and building with Lego in my leisure time. My enthusiasm for Lego extends beyond the classroom, as I find it a wonderful medium for creativity and problem-solving.
