Prof Wulf Livingston

Professor of Alcohol Studies

Wulf is a Professor of Alcohol Studies. He is a registered social worker. His research and writing primarily concerns itself with policy evaluation and experiences of service provision all with regards to alcohol, other drugs and mental health. His work focuses on evaluation, qualitative and participatory methodologies. Wulf's teaching activities are centred around those of PhD, MA/MSc and Post-qualifying students.  He is currently co-editor of Practice: Social Work in Action journal; and chair of the Welsh Centre for Alcohol and other Drugs and the British Association of Social Workers Alcohol and other Drugs Special Interest Group. His current practice activities involve support to North Wales Recovery Community.
