Biography
Sean Conway is a world-renowned ultra-endurance athlete, adventurer, author and keynote speaker known for taking on seemingly impossible challenges. His achievements include becoming the first person to swim the length of Great Britain, cycling around the world and completing a 4,200-mile triathlon around the coast of mainland Britain.
He has also set the fastest known time cycling across Europe unsupported and, in 2023, completed an extraordinary 105 full-distance Ironman triathlons in 105 consecutive days.
His adventures have taken him across countries, continents and oceans, testing the limits of physical endurance, resilience and determination.
Sean is also the author of eight books, has appeared in three documentaries and delivered a TEDx talk. He now works with organisations around the world as a keynote speaker, sharing the lessons he has learned from more than a decade of extreme endurance challenges.
Alongside his own adventures, Sean coaches endurance athletes and is passionate about helping ordinary people achieve extraordinary things. His philosophy is deliberately simple: ambitious goals are rarely achieved through motivation alone, but through consistency, resilience and the willingness to keep going when things get difficult.
