Finding a suitable funder and applying for funding can be a daunting process. The Development Managers here at Wrexham University are here to support you through that process.

UK Research and Innovation (UKRI)
UKRI is a non-departmental public body of the Government of the United Kingdom that directs research and innovation funding, funded through the science budget of the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology. Launched in April 2018, UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) is a non-departmental public body sponsored by the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade (DBIST)
UKRI offer funding and support across all academic disciplines and industrial areas, from the medical and biological sciences to astronomy, physics, chemistry and engineering, social sciences, economics, environmental sciences, and the arts and humanities. If you can register with as many relevant funders as possible, it will give a good basis for identifying funded opportunities.

Wrexham Grant Management System
All bids must be entered onto the Wrexham Grant Management System as soon as you match your project with a potential funder to gain necessary approvals and to ensure institutional and funder compliance.
