Using a person-centered approach to support the student to access relevant interventions that aim to improve their careers planning and employability skills, along with their general wellbeing. Employability Navigators work closely with colleagues in Academic Faculties, Personal Tutors, and professional Careers Advisers to identify students who will benefit from a range of interventions that will enhance the career planning approaches removing barriers to employability and succeeding in the graduate labour market.
