When will I receive my enrolment When will I receive my enrolment invitation?
Enrolment invitations are sent in batches from early September. Enrol as soon as you receive yours.

What should I do if I have not received my enrolment email?
Check your inbox and junk or spam folders. If you have still not received your invitation, email enrolment@wrexham.ac.uk.

What do I need to do to complete enrolment?
Complete all online enrolment activities, submit a photograph, log in to your student email account and Virtual Learning Environment, and bring valid photo identification when collecting your student card.

When must I complete enrolment?
Complete enrolment within two weeks of the start of your teaching timetable. A new student who is not registered within two weeks of that date will be withdrawn from their studies.

Where and when can I collect my student card?
Collect your student card from the Library and Student Support Centre between 9am and 4.30pm.

What identification should I bring when collecting my student card?
Bring a valid form of identification, such as a driving licence, bank card or passport.

Do I need my student card to explore campus during Welcome Week?
No. University buildings and the entrance and exit barrier will be open during Welcome Week, so you can explore campus without your card.
You will need your student card for class registration and, after your first week, to access University buildings.

How do I access MyUni, Moodle and other University systems?
You must be enrolled and have your University ID and password.
Log in at https://myuni.wrexham.ac.uk/ using the username and password provided for enrolment. From MyUni, you can access Moodle and other University online services.
Your programme and course modules should appear on your Moodle dashboard within 24 hours of your first login.

What is the Student Induction Module and how do I join?
The Student Induction Module provides information about being a student at Wrexham University. It includes short videos and articles on Moodle, with some sessions also delivered live during Welcome Week.
Select the relevant option on your enrolment form. If you initially opt out, you can log in again after enrolment and register through the enrolment container.
