In order to ensure proper conduct of public business and keep in line with Freedom of Information Act Institutions, we are required to maintain and make publicly available a register of interests of all members of the Vice-Chancellor’s Executive Team (VCET). On an annual basis, the VCET are invited to declare any interests which might conflict with the interests of the University, or which they otherwise wish to declare. This register includes declarations received up to September 2021.

Finance
The financial statements and related reports provide information to give a true and fair view of both the University's financial performance and its financial position at the year-end.
They are of use to all of our stakeholders; the governing body, funding bodies, employees, students, lenders, industry and the general public.
Alongside the financial information, you will find a Governor's Report, an Auditor's Report and clear statements about the governance of the University and the accounting policies it has adopted.
The financial statements are prepared in accordance with the Statement of Recommended Practice: accounting for further and higher education, UK GAAP and the disclosure requirements of our funding bodies.
