The financial statements and related reports provide information to give a true and fair view of both the University's financial performance and its financial position at the year-end.

They are of use to all of our stakeholders; the governing body, funding bodies, employees, students, lenders, industry and the general public.

Alongside the financial information, you will find a Governor's Report, an Auditor's Report and clear statements about the governance of the University and the accounting policies it has adopted.

The financial statements are prepared in accordance with the Statement of Recommended Practice: accounting for further and higher education, UK GAAP and the disclosure requirements of our funding bodies.
