Mae tîm Ieuenctid a Chymuned Wrecsam yn gweithio wrth galon materion hollbwysig heddiw drwy gynorthwyo datblygiad pobl ifanc a chyd-greu a chydweithio â chymunedau ymylol.
Rydym yn agor sgyrsiau gonest am gydraddoldeb hil, yn myfyrio ar addysgu ac ymarfer Gwaith Ieuenctid, yn archwilio manteision enfawr Gwaith Ieuenctid Rhyngwladol, ac yn ystyried yn feirniadol sut mae profiadau niweidiol yn ystod plentyndod yn llywio arfer Gwaith Ieuenctid, a’r cyfan drwy ddulliau methodolegol na chaiff eu defnyddio’n aml, megis y Dull Perthynol sy'n Canolbwyntio ar y Llais a Dadansoddiadau Cyd-destunol. Mae ein hymchwil yn adlewyrchu'r graddau a gynigiwn, sy'n cael eu cymeradwyo'n broffesiynol gan safonau Galwedigaethol a Phroffesiynol cenedlaethol yn y maes.
